Why does it taste like bread

I’ve made the dough myself and cooked it at 290 degrees for 5-4 minutes and it straight up taste like a tasteless bread with no salt and tomato and cheese on top of it so basically disgusting. I’ve tried two different recipes for my dough and it always end up tasting like this why ? What am I doing wrong
