This dish tasted absolutely amazing. Originally I tried to keep it original but my grocer didn’t sell bucatini or whole guanciale so I settled for strips of it (still worked). Before making this dish I had never deglazed the pan before and oh my did it make the sauce amazing. Love the chilli as well.
