I made a grated tomato sauce that I had originally at Gurney’s Montauk about 5 years ago. It tastes like summer with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil & thyme tossed in at the end, a squeeze of fresh lemon, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper. I served it over TJ’s Fusilli Corti Bucati pasta with shaved parm cheese and sauteed chicken thigh (not shown).
