Baked 6 different pizzas during this firing. This one had a portobello mushroom and tomato sauce base, onion, green pepper, jalapenos, and pepperoni.
I didn’t have the oven quite hot enough due to the cold winter air temp, but the pizzas still turned out great.
This woo fired oven is made in Italy by Edil Planet Forni
The oven shell is stainless steel with a copper brown exterior finish. The main selling point for me was the cooking surface, the floor of the oven, which consists of two slabs of natural pure volcanic lava stone, carved from the ancient flows of Mount Etna near Sicily!
