Always wanting to go big, have had a few disasters recently. The first early kids ones are no problem.
Seems as I'm last to eat the ambition and skill level inverts with the wine intake.
Have found this helps take the stress out, prep on the screen, fire up and slide in, turn easy then pull and place onto stone after all firmed up.
Using Ooni Koda 16 I turn off the gas for a bit near the end to aid the base.
