


Today was my very first try, using the Pizza Party Ardore. Need more practice rounding out the pizza.
Used, a 60% Hyrdro 500 Gram Tipo 00 and 100 gram breed flour dough. Was very hard to stretch.
Only did a rise of 3 hours, 1 hour rising, fold in the dough and a other 1 hour. At last made balls and a other 1 hour of rising.
