If you’re looking to eat nourishing and wonderfully filling, often healthy (but not always 😉) food, that doesn’t encourage or follow harmful / restrictive diet mentalities then in your girl!
Being on a journey myself of recovering from an eating disorder that was normal to me for so many years, I now feel empowered to reach more people that may have been influenced by this devastating and often ill informed culture.

Not enough mushrooms. At least 75% of that dish should be mushrooms, but then again, I might have a mushroom problem, so it might not be prudent to take advice from me if you dont also have an addiction to mushrooms.
