Making homemade pasta laminated with basil and parsley for some extra razzle dazzle. It’s so pretty and a nice addition to dinner. My KitchenAid pasta attachment makes it easy.
Making pasta and working with dough can be so relaxing. I really enjoyed this.

on days when I feel like being extra I put that energy into my cooking so I made some homemade pasta which I definitely don’t do every day 99 of the pasta dishes that I make are with store-bought pasta but like I said when I’m extra I’m gonna do the most and by the most I mean laminating it with some basil and parsley it just comes out so beautifully and is a really nice touch to add to dinner

Remember that for some pasta dishes you have to use the dried stuff, and homemade won't work 👍
