[Music] all right pach review time we’re at Lou and Dallas getting ready to the game drove 15 20 minutes for this place the one by app say it’s the best in Dallas a lot of people say it’s the best in Dallas uh I had to give it a shot met the family who was low talking and he’s like if my brother who passed away Louis was here he’d be putting on a show like firecrackers that people didn’t come even for the pizza they came to see Louis put on a show I like the guy great family story had it 40 years open it in honor of his brother Louie he also said at the end when I was waiting for the pizza have you pied up yet uh I’ve been doing this for 20 years I haven’t heard that hey have you pied up yet meaning like you got you pie yet I may just start inheriting that as my thing hey I haven’t pied up yet over here so Louis Dallas he’s a big fan of the Char which I like see what we got and it is Chicago in there they got pictures uh of of Nolan Ryan and the noogie a bunch of bears stuff very cool Vibe definitely felt authentic Chicago and this is authentic Tavern Style with the exception I could open the box one by everybody those rules Louis Dallas if you’re a Chicago person living in Dallas this is as good a Tavern as you’re going to find really in in Chicago this is like Hometown Pizza for you folks good hunch now people know my Tavern score 75 is like the Baseline is better I’m go I’m going go 76 on it is better it’s like I said this is a really good Tavern um the my only criticism and it’s not a big one maybe one paper towel on it but still good crunch Good Vibes highly recommend Dallas Lou 76 that’s our review let’s go Sals

    Just saw you won a few bucks on the Celtics…I am so happy for you,mostly because you took in Miss Peaches…I have three rescue pits and they get such a bad rap,and there are more like your girl than ones eating people anyway cheers to you on your big win,I guess you are not just a pretty face!     Someone tell them they need to make sure to CLEAN the oven(s). When you see a pie and the crust is overcooked(or burned) its usually because they have what are effectively briquets(pieces of pizzas that fell off) in there turning to ash. That causes the crust to burn early while the center cooks properly. That, or they could need new ovens.
    The pizza looks good though.
