If it tastes good to you and you enjoyed it then that’s all that matters but this overall doesn’t look like a good carbonara, looks more like something you’d serve a dog.
Maybe look up a video on how to do it properly it’s a simple dish but takes a bit of technique to get a good cream.
Also you’ve made my nonna mad don’t break the pasta please it didn’t do anything to you.

There are so many carbonara done in this sub which show you how to correctly do it. Either you want to start a war with Italians by cutting the spaghetti or this post is to make feel sad all the people that love to eat and cook carbonara like myself.
