I found a recipe for cooking the without a pizza oven or pizza stone.
4 min on high on the stove top in a heavily oiled cast iron pan to cook the bottom of the crust, then 4 min under the broiler on high to cook the top. Sauce and top, then another 3-5 min under the broiler to finish.
Turned out well. Any thoughts?
