


Couldn't get a picture of the actual issue, although you can kinda see where the middle of this pizza is wrinkled and loose. The end result turned out pretty good regardless, but I'd like to avoid the issue in the future. Anyways, I use an Ooni and I'm finally confident in my dough making and slapping/stretching abilities. My first two cooks after thinking "wow look at how good that uncooked pie looks", it decided it wanted to bubble up like an igloo in the middle. I kept trying to release air from the side until it settled down, but both pizzas did it. I tried poking more holes with a fork on the second go, but it still also collecting all the air.
