this lovely dish makes for a great evening snack ,morning breakfast or a party starter ..

recipe :
ingredients
6 slices bread
for stuffing :
2 boiled potatoes
1 onion finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
2 sp coriander finely chopped
2 leaves basil chopped
salt to taste
1 sp black pepper powder
1 sp oregano
1sp mixed herbs
1 sp red chilli flakes
water to help roll bread
oil to fry
method :
grate the potatoes and add in remaining ingredients of stuffing and mix well. cut edges of bread slices . roll it flat. stuff the bread with potato mixture and fold and form a cone of the bread with help of water. heat oil in a vessel and fry the cones until golden brown ..serve hot
