nothing says summer like a BLT and if you love those flavors then this pasta salad recipe is for you first cook some bacon I like using maple bacon just for that touch of a sweet flavor then you’re going to chop some tomato Roma lettuce red onion and then make an herbed Mayo with garlic and lemon juice it has fresh parsley and then it has just a touch of sour cream which just really makes the dressing extra creamy once the Bacon’s cool you can snip that or crumble it into pieces then take a large bowl add the cooked pasta the bacon the Tomato the onion and then all of that creamy dressing mix it all up and then right before serving add Roma lettuce and some extra parmesan cheese you add that right before serving just so that the lettuce doesn’t Wilt too much for a Special Touch add homemade croutons to the top you guys the salad is so good
