This recipe for Lasagna includes two types of sauce, meat sauce and Bechamel sauce with fresh flat sheets.

Ingredients for meat sauce:
2 Lbs ground beef
1 Large onion , finely chopped
1 Large zucchini, grated
3 cloves garlic,, minced
3 tbsp tomato paste
400 ml crushed tomatoes
700 ml Passata sauce
salt and pepper
1 tbs sugar
1 tbsp each dried oregano and basil

Ingredients for white sauce( Bechamel)
100 gr butter
3 cups milk
1/4 cup flour

Lasagna
370 gr fresh lasagna sheets
500 gr Mozzerella cheese, grated
250 gr Parmasana cheese, grated
Fresh basil or Parsley for garnish

Ingredients for fruit Salad
4 cups of fruites( pineapple, strawberry, Kiwi, grapes, Bluberry, tangerine)
.1 lenmon ( juice and zest)
2 tbsp honey
