breadcrumbs and rolled up and we put some toothpick to hold them together we made it eat it as meatballs yes in here make the bread crumbs cheese garlic parsley and basil how’s that I have three chefs today don’t forget hey and we’re gonna saute the speed first olive oil and then we’re going to make the gravy on a Palmer strain Tomatoes it’s not hot enough yet so that’s okay okay get a little harder just roll them a little bit and then we put the meaty name okay that’s it of Meatballs okay you’ll saute this in one pan meatballs in the other yeah well it could be sauteed it ready they’re ready to come out you want to take a look at it before I take them out they’re all sword shaped beautiful I don’t want to brighten them for everything is done in I’m going to put the sausage in now and I’ll cook the sauce because you’re really excited I mean to keep the flavoring but the cooking is really done in the sauce and you’ll see it comes out with all that flavor of the meat paper now this here is part of the sauce on the left of the meat which is something that Frank’s it up we really know how to eat today all right beautiful challenge fries she won’t go to Holland The Gambler to take the pot and put it under the water and put more water in the pot we have more gravy that’s all that was I would say 19 20 25. hey look at that huh it’s time for the pasture so let’s get going look at that go ahead we’re gonna tell me look at this where have you been I’ve been on 33rd Street bogos Avenue Brooklyn but guess what happens I’m so glad I met a guy like you here well I know a lot of these people who lived in the in the Woodmore they must have Norm of my uncle’s restaurant ships to be called the watch and a lot of these people come from Brooklyn no kidding so they know what the source mom mommy that’s delicious come on on his cream and look up let me look at his face oh my God this is the best sauce I ever tasted in my life mommy that’s Italian Frank Sinatra really really would enjoy this food he enjoy he enjoyed it he won his mother must have been an excellent excellent cooker foreign you don’t stir it it will burn the bottom of the pot so you start so that you don’t burn to the body okay look at the possible dream look at that smoke coming up and it’s all ducted dish here yeah no I want a Facebook and gravy Charlie wants to put that in a dish yeah well here all done oh look at that look at this that’s enough no we put some sauce on here Charlie now Charlie tell them about the beautiful meat you took out of here you got the pork roast you got the beef roast Brazil we got that sausage ribs spare ribs sausage we got a little piece of pork or Supple parsley and garlic am I right girls yeah say something girls but I haven’t changed the people that all the work work yes doesn’t that look great it’s beautiful it’s gonna taste good and I’m going to tell you something else you know the people from winmore for the first time I’m doing the show about eight years I finally got my wife to come down here she’s the backbone of my cooker I want you people to know where is she now okay okay and I gotta tell you something this is out of this world isn’t it and I’m so glad to meet this guy and oh look at this look at this pizza oh God yeah I’m going to tell you something Frank Sinatra’s mother knew and look at this there’s a little pressure you don’t need to toothpick something yet this little piece of roll feed what’s in this piece of beef it’s a garlic garlic parsley salt and pepper and the cheese and then roll it up and put a cup of toothpicks on the top sliced that I want to slice it you got to slice that but I’m going to tell you something what a what a what a show this was today you take the two picks out of Brazil take the two picks out of Brazil and then we slice it and we get the big knife a little Fork and we slice the Brazil you’ll see how it’s beautifully cooked and I would stuff it beautiful beet that is the garlic and pasta and to be out of this world and now while we’re doing that we’re going to slice the pork roast let it go this way and we’re going to slice it beautiful watch this stuff that is beautiful I’m gonna slice it all Charlie right all right slice it off you can’t talk he’s swallowed let me tell you something I never tasted anything so good you had the head chef the executive chef is Charlie the other chef says Edith and Tina and Ralph we had one two three four chefs but that’s going to spread the kitchen and now we’re going to the roast beef well is it here’s the ribs that’s a spirit that’s asparagus there’s a sausage sausage is the meatball oh my God look at this and there’s a roast beef roast beef oh now that roast beef was stuffed yeah yep that was stuffed Subway garlic garlic pasta sweet cheese and a little salt but if we went into a high-class restaurant and all of this and ordered this way here’s the way when I served you got your macaroni on the side all your meat here and your garnish it with a beautiful sauce and she’s all now if I had some fresh parsley down that you got you try to invite us an Italian restaurant you pay fifty dollars for that fish look at that fish isn’t that delicious what can I say I’m ending this hair show and we did a tribute to Frank Sinatra and I’m sure that he must have came off the road when he went to his mother’s to have this kind of a dinner hey all I can say is and now he understood so I face quite a final career my friends I’ll say queer I State my case halfway here sir I believe foreign and more but one of this I did it go hard   2. @PJDooWop you're funny! Thanks, but I wasn't in the video! These are videos and TV shows that my Uncle Charlie does, he has been a lifetime produce expert but a fabulous musical entartainer/singer all his life. This show was dome in his 80's. he is 96 now and still entertaining and I post his shows. you can see some of his more recent ones especially Charlie Perrillo's "The Sopranos"!
