We have conceived this course to teach you the foundations of Italian cuisine through the making of some traditional dishes.
The course will be held at the Villa of Tenuta Angelini, not far from the Borgo.
The Villa was built in the first half of the XVI century by Cardinal Passerini, who made it his summer retreat.
The well in front of the Villa has significant architectural value.
