the water like the sea and bring it to
boil slice up Garlic I’m talking like
seven or eight cloves here chop parsley
and slice a lemon when your water is
boiling throw in your pasta once you put
in your pasta things are going to go
pretty quick here fill a cold pan with
olive oil I’m using our Chef’s mandala
olive oil add the garlic with chili
flakes and put on low heat we want it
blonde not brown so if it’s cooking too
fast take it off the heat for a bit once
it’s ready add the pasta and a ladle or
two of pasta water give it a toss to
emulsify and top it off with lemon and
parsley for freshness in less than 30
minutes you’ll have

Should've strained the garlic out..
It looks so delicious but with that amount of olive oil it's devastating for my pocket ππ
