BOLOGNESE SAUCE

This bolognese sauce is a hearty, easy to make meat sauce using ground beef, crushed tomatoes, wine, Italian herbs and spices and just a few other simple ingredients served over the pasta of your choice.

you have to make this bullon sauce it’s
one of my favorite pasta sauce recipes
of all time everybody loves this
whenever I make it it’s so good and easy
to make let me show you how to do it so
first you’re going to add some butter
and a bunch of oil to a large pan it
might look like a lot of oil but you
want to kind of fry the chopped celery
carrot and onion once the vegetables are
soft you’re going to want to add some
freshly chopped garlic and a pound of
ground beef season it and break the beef
down into small pieces while you’re
cooking it then you’re going to add some
either red or white wine it all works
let that cook out for just a couple of
minutes and then you’re going to stir in
some tomato paste now you’re going to
add some beef broth let that cook for a
minute or two and then add 128 Oz can of
crushed tomatoes now I’m going to add
just a little bit of cream and milk
would work here too let that simmer for
a few minutes and before you serve it
you’re going to reason it add a little
bit of butter a ladle of pasta water and
some fresh shredded basil then you’re
going to take your pasta that you boiled
in salted water and add that right to
the sauce mix it till it’s evenly
combined and that’s all there is to it
