  1. As an italian i have only 2 thing to say:
    You missed the prosciutto, it makes the lasagna actually more tasteful
    The ragu looks good but if you want to improve it you must add polpette and boiled egg ( following my grandmothers recipe ).
    Anyway is a good lasagna!
    Ah yeah think about adding mozzarella!!!

  3. Looks disgusting – dont like look of the texture of meat – sauce is a small amounts…. to many layers…..

  4. it's not baked… It's chilled… He made error… That is a fridge not oven…. They prep it, chill and then bake slice by slice as orders come in… also no chance the clear plastic foil will not melt in oven…

  5. They shouldn’t cook it in plastic. The aluminum foil is good enough. We’re talking about toxic poison from plastic.
