Prepare typical Italian flatbread made from lard and water by a 700-year-old recipe. Piadine are my favorite flatbreads: they are easy to make, soft, flexible, and can be filled with any stuffing. #shorts

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ”ธ Wheat flour – 200 g
๐Ÿ”ธ Salt – 0.5 tsp.
๐Ÿ”ธ Lard – 40 g
๐Ÿ”ธ Water (warm) – 80 ml
๐Ÿ”ธ Baking soda – 1 pinch

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ ะกooking Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients and knead the dough well. Lard can be substituted with olive oil.
2. Divide the dough into 5-8 parts. Roll the dough into balls, cover them with plastic wrap, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the balls into thin flatbreads.
4. Fry each flatbread in a dry, well-heated frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
