This easy recipe is exotic, delicious and desi. Learn how to make this mindblowing dish with ease using the Ching’s Schezwan Chutney. It is perfect for all occasions such as parties or weekend bing.

SCHEZWAN SPEGHETTI RECIPE:

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Ching’s Schezwan Chutney
• ¼ cup Peanuts
• 1tsp chopped Ginger
• ¼ cup coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp coconut powder
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt to taste
• Pepper
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 4-5 tbsp water

Method:
1) In a mixer grinder, add ginger, peanuts, Ching’s Schezwan Chutney, coconut powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice, pepper, olive oil and grind well till a thick paste is formed. Remove the sauce in a separate bowl and keep aside.
2) Boil spaghetti in a pan.
3) Heat a pan and add the schezwan pesto paste, little water and mix well. Bring the sauce to slight boil.
4) Add boiled spaghetti, coriander leaves, black pepper and ollive oii. Mix well.
5) Remove in a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy!
