As you probably know, there is a type of Spaghetti marinara. So there are literally thousands of things you can do with spaghetti (spaghetti noodles say so is redundant). The traditional way of eating spaghetti is with marinara sauce over the noodles and perhaps a big meatball on top. It is easy to do. Just take my rich tomato sauce and spread it over Spaghetti marinara. Eat meatballs if you like and some Parmesan on top. But I have a plate of cooked spaghetti I hope you will find special. Spaghetti marinara and tomato sauces: marinara spaghetti and both are excellent choices spaghetti arrabiata. Tomato sauces are lower than other sauces in calories and saturated fat. Spaghetti marinara with clam sauce: Whether you choose red or white sauce, which will eventually have more calories than you need. clam sauces are low in fat but high in sodium and calories. If you must have spaghetti with clam sauce, do not order an appetizer. Seafood pasta or a basic meat sauce and add a vegetable salad, which can have a delicious, healthy, and great Italian Spaghetti marinara. Remember to go easy on the cheese, because even in Italy cheese is used as a side dish rather than as the center of a dish.
