Three cheese ravioli and pappardelle in the making. Which one should I go with tonight?

If I choose the ravioli I think I go with a easy sauce – maybe some butter/sage or cream/lemon/parmigiano. If I choose the pappardelle I’ll just go with a sweet and simple tomato sauce made of good fresh San Marzano-tomatos. Which one sounds best?
