here’s a quick recipe for baked ziti with ground beef:

Ingredients:

1 pound ziti pasta
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Cook the ziti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is softened and translucent.

Stir in the marinara sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer the sauce for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Add the cooked ziti pasta to the skillet with the sauce and beef mixture. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated.

Transfer half of the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta.

Add the remaining pasta mixture on top, followed by the remaining shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious baked ziti with ground beef!
