Today I take you though the steps for making a Fresh, Easy, Quick and Tasty Weeknight Naan Pizza. As always, there are tips on what to do and what to avoid when making this dish as well as general cooking tips.

Today’s Shout Out: Sarah Camarillo
Ingredients:
6 Mini Naans $1.83
12 Tbsp Spaghetti Sauce $0.37
8 oz Mozarella Cheese, shredded $2.25
4 Slices Canadian Bacon $1.50
12 Slices Pepperoni $0.83
2 Slices Bacon, Diced $0.46
4 Mushrooms, sliced $0.80
2 Slices Canned Pineapple $0.30
1/2 Onion, Sliced $0.32
1 Tomato, sliced $0.17
1/4 Bell Pepper, sliced $0.12
Total $8.94
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Slice Canadian bacon, bacon, pepperoni, pineapple, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes.
3. Place all 6 naan on a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and place in the oven to heat for 4 minutes. Omit this step if you want you naan to be really soft.
4. After taking out the naan, flip them over so that the crunchier side is on the bottom and place them back on the cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
5. Place 2 Tbsp of sauce on each naan.
6. Top with cheese, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, bacon, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, tomato and pineapple in that order.
7. Place the naan in the oven for 12 minutes.
8. Take the naan out an let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing or eating.
