Windy day, today I cooked a simple but tasty recipe, typical spicy Italian sausages with an aubergine, salt, garlic, the oil we produce, black pepper and dried wild mint. All accompanied by a typical “rosetta” which is an Italian bread and an excellent local red wine. I hope you liked it.
