Ingredients
Penne pasta
All purpose flour/maida
Butter
Pepper/Chili flakes
Garlic
Onion
Carrot
Bell Pepper/Capsicum
Tomato ketch up
Mozzarella cheese
Red pasta sauce
Oregano seasoning
Basic Seasoning
All Purpose Seasoning
Salt
Oil
How to Make:
Add salt to Penne pasta in boiling water cover with lid and cook for 20 mins. Cook pasta 50% with adding 1 tbsp oil
After cooked, drain off hot water, add cold water/drain off and keep it aside
Preparation of White Sauce:
Add 2 tbsp of butter in pan, add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour/maida stir well in low flame
Then add 1/2 cup of milk in to that and mix well without lumps, stir continuously
Add seasoning of oregano, basil, pepper or chilli flakes , salt and mix altogether
Once sauce thickness, turn of the stove and keep it aside
Pink Sauce:
In. another pan, add oil, butter, finely chopped garlic, onion saute for few seconds then add carrot, capsicum saute for 5 mins in medium flame
Now add 4 tbsp of Red pasta sauce mix it well and add 1/4 cup of water to that allow to cook for 8 mins in medium flame
Once vegetable is cooked add all purpose seasoning, basil seasoning 2 tsp of tomato ketch up, 1/4 tsp of pepper or chilli flakes , salt and mix it well
Now add pre-prepared white pasta sauce mix with red pasta sauce. Add water to adjust the consistency and then add mozzarella cheese quick mix and pink pasta sauce is ready. Add cooked pasta to pink sauce mix well, add extra cheese as per your wish.
Hot and Cheesy Pink pasta is ready to serve.
