Hi guys! Today I’m showing you how to prepare dark cherry panna cotta.
Panna cotta is an Italian style pudding. This is a very simple dessert that you can make it at home! You can use preferable syrups and you can also have pudding without any syrups if you want!๐Ÿค—

โ–ถIngredients

– gelatin powder 4g, water 20g
-milk 250ml, whipped cream 200ml, sugar 60g
– dark cherry puree 120g, sugar 45g

1) soak gelatin in cold water (powder gelatin = 4g, water = 20ml)
(If you prefer more solid texture, add 2g of gelatin more)
2) add milk, whipped cream, and sugar in the pot and boil with medium low flame
3) when it starts boiling, add water soaked gelatin
4) when sugar and gelatin are fully melted, turn off stove and move content to another container
5) Put it in fridge for 3 to 5 hours
6) When the pudding gets hard, start preparing cherry. Put 120g of dark cherries puree in a pot
7) add sugar and mesh it with low flame
8) boil for another 3 ~5 mins and cool it down
9) prepare some cherries for decoration
10) place a cherries on pudding
11) put it back to the fridge and served it when it’s cold
