How long should I dry my pasta after I make if before cooking? How long to cook homemade pasta for? Also once made how long does it last once made?
What is your basic pasta recipe if you don’t mind me asking ?
What is the best technique for coloring pasta?
Does it keep its beautiful color once cooked?
Thank you! I will take all the advice I can get. Here I have included a picture of my first attempt tonight but I felt the noodles were slightly chewy still and not all the way along dente. I cooked them for about 10 minutes.
