1 cup of semolina flour, 1 3/4 cup AP flour, 4 eggs, some purple sweet potato powder. Make a mound of flour, scramble eggs inside and add sweet potato powder. Knead together for 5 mins. Roll into ball and let rest. Make it into rigatoni. Don’t make this, though. It’s so so ugly. So ugly.

I’ve totally made crazy colored pasta attempting purple (was trying to do “princess” fettuccini for my daughter using food coloring) so I feel your pain!!
