This is a low risk high reward recipe! Low risk in that focaccia dough is very forgiving and so versatile in how you can top it according to taste and dietary restrictions. High reward in terms of how it tastes, feels, smells and looks!

The only thing that went very wrong was that this wimpy “parchment” stuck on… real bad.
