This is an easy to make Potato and green peas recipe also known as Aloo Mathar in India and it a well know main dish.
Potato and green peas curry is commonly served with chapathi and various other roti, but it is veally good with rice too.
Ingredients,
Green Peas (Frozen) – 1 cup
Potato (peeled & cut) – 400g
Coriander Leaves
Cumin Seeds – 1 ½ tbsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Chili Powder – 1 ½ tsp
Grated /Grinded Tomato – 2 medium size
Onion Chopped – 1 large
Green Chilies – 3
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Oil, Water & Salt to taste
