  4. I noticed that you removed the garlic germ once you put it into the frying pan. I have two questions:
    1. Did you remove the germ from each slice 1 by 1 or do you have a more efficient technique?
    2. Is it actually true that removing the germ changes the taste or is this just an urban legend?
