First time making Farfalle!
I only recently started making my own dough (Est Dec 2023) and so far everyone has loved my pasta.
I’m happy!
Going to dry these and store them in mylar bags.
Anyone dry-store pasta in mylar bags?
I’ve done my research and am comfortable with the process… just curious about any suggestions.
