We are here at the original John’s of bleer Street on bleer Street in New York City let’s take a look okay sauce on top let’s take a peek underneath oh yeah nice cheese pull light Browning looks good first thing I’m tasting on this one is the cheese super
Nice flavor look underneath this cheese is more like the one that we would find in Buffalo sauce has a nice smell of flavor saltiness of the pepperoni I was expecting more of a crunch on the back side but the flavor is solid my favorite part of this one is definitely the sauce
And cheese in the middle it poofs up just a little bit but the tomato sauce is definitely the shining star with the cheese here I’m going to try one of the pepperoni on its own it’s good it’s got a nice crisp to it holding it back is just a little bit
More crisp I’m going to give it an 8.9 and that’s a reval
