Me and my bf made pasta carbonara. We’ve used egg yolk, 50/50 Pecorino/Parmesan (we thought that using only Pecorino would be a bit intense), guanciale and pepper and added a bit of pasta water to emulsify the pasta. Sprinkled some Parmesan on top. Hope it looks ok 🙂
