This dish is surprisingly easy to make and honestly the taste is pretty close to what you can get in proper Italian restaurant
Ingredients:
– minced veal
– bits of pancetta
– tiny bits of chopped carrots
– Fresh pappardelle (from the supermarket)
– Whole can of plum tomato sauce
– half Chicken stock cube
– Lots of Olive oil
– Splash of Balsamic vinegar
– whole milk
– Some Onions
– Oregano
– Pecorino Romano
(Skipped wine for health reasons and celery because I forgot to buy it lol)
Step 1 : Brown all the meats, add chopped onions and carrot
Step 2 : add the canned tomato sauce straight into the pot, add stock water and bowl
Step 3 : add some vinegar and herbs, salt, pepper
Step 4 : cook at low temp for about 2 hours
Step 5 : turn up the heat to thickening the sauce, add milk and continue cooking for 4 mins
Step 6 : cook the pasta for about 4 mins, drain and add to a pan
Step 7 : add some sauce to the pasta and mix with low temp for a few seconds
Step 8 : top with pecorino and some more herbs
