    Sounds delicious. I recently read about using the bottom of some wine bottles for an easy uniform ravioli press. Good on you making everythjng from scratch

    When my grandma and mom made ravioli they rolled out the dough as you did but put the filling a bit forward along the edge. They measured with the width of two fingers for ravioli spacing. Then folded the top of the dough over pressing the dough between each filling. Of course then cutting between to separate the pieces.

  3. Looks good but…. Did you use eggs in your pasta? I can only see semolina and water
