Hello coocking lovers here they hare the qty for this amazing Apple Pie (my wife version)
Ingredients (pie diameter 25cm / 9.84″)
2 Big Apples (I used Golden Delicious)
40g Sugar (to marinate apples)
1 lemon (for the juice and for the peel)
60b butter
16g of baking powder (with vaniila taste)
Vanilla extract (if is not already in your baking powder)
2 eggs
100g milk
200g plain flour
150g sugar (for the dough)
Secret:
Extravirgin olive oil (a drizzle on the whole cake for a delicious golden brown crust)
