What’s happening people this is roit here and I’m back with another jbj Food review video and I hope you all enjoy watching this menu for this week we got Italian cuisine got the two starters for this week Tuscan white bean soup and chopped Italian salad I got the three
Main Co options for this week I got the eggplant Parmesan beef Ragu chicken masala and all the orders come with zucchini and padal pasta two desert options for this week mixed berries and tiu just completed volunteering and now it’s my time to eat and I got both the starter options hey
Since we are having a repeat of what has happened last semester I’m like yeah this is not that exciting because I’m like I already know what the order is because I have food review videos for each of them but I don’t rewatch I’m like I’ll treat every single thing as a
Fresh one let me started the salad presentation noise I was like eh because we had a shoot that we were doing as part of jbj the soul foundation and I was like salad looks dull but I’m like you know what just give it a shot got cheese
Oniv I love the fact that there’s olives in the salad at the same time I’m not a huge fan of Italian dressing because it gives that sour taste and I usually don’t like sour taste ironically I like lemon just squeezing lemon just in my mouth yeah that’s the salad soup looks
Colorful as usual got the escaro which I heard it’s like some sort of lettuce that’s the first time even heard of it Tomatoes white beans soup oh this is nice flavorful yeah if I had to choose one I’ll go for the soup because so nice and flavorful and you got the beans option

Here just going to put the marsala sauuce on top of the chicken so there’s no more crispiness it’s fine no crispiness for the chicken that’s I I’m still trying to understand you’re taking crispy chicken putting the sauce on top how will it still be crispy when you’re going to eat after a while
In my case I’m going to have it immediately so it’s fine got the parmesan cheese on top Mell stop trying to impress me it’s already good the food impresses me by itself look at this food this is my plate for today this is my plate I’m going to have a majestic meal
At jbj after volunteering super excited so many options to eat and I’m having like a bit of every single thing and for some reason the eggplant here we called it I’m so used to calling it brol and that’s not something which I’m used to eating here because the eggplant is huge
And the way how it’s good it’s just not sitting well with me so that’s why I decided to skip it but I did have it yesterday it’s good for vegetans that’s the only option but for me I’m like I want to taste the other options as well
And yeah I’m like going with the flow let me start with the grilled zucchini that’s a smokey chart thing because of grilling it’s good it’s a side and now I I was just talking the plating video as well having that breaded crispy chicken and then adding the Masala sauce on top let
Me try just the sauce alone obviously there’s the mushroom taste and there’s also that garlic garlic oil thing with which it was made as mentioned in the menu I’m trying to thr the chicken M actually interesting because M did something different for today till yesterday it was the Manu
Item was more like the sauce was mixed with chicken and kept so it was kind of moist and the chicken was soft to bite into and I actually like that I’m like oh yeah the Masala the spices has gone really well I’m like oh this mushroomy
Taste I’m like wow it’s so nice and soft but now that I’m having it and the way how she prepar she has a fried chicken not fried it’s like breaded chicken I can see the breaded part it’s a bit hard but now that the sauce is just on top
And not cooked with it I’m like no you can taste the difference up it’s not I need the dish that’s not the chicken is not getting along together with the dish and like that’s one thing which I noticed for some people they might like it I personally don’t so each one their
