Ingredients

For making Beef sauce:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped – ½ tbsp
Big onion – 1 chopped
Chili powder – ½ tbsp
Black pepper powder – ¾ tbsp
Cinnamon powder – less than ½ tsp
Paprika – ½ tsp
Salt – ¾ tsp
Salted garlic powder – ½ tsp
Ground beef – ½ kg
Rosemary – ¼ tsp
Prego sauce- 2 small bowl
Italian herbs – ½ tsp
For assembly
===========
Nachos – 1 packet
Cooked ground beef sauce
Cheese – 250 gm
Big white onion – ½ piece chopped
3 coloured capsicums – ½ each chopped
Jalapeno- 1 cut into round pieces
Spring onion – 2 tbsp chopped
microwave for 3 min in high heat until the cheese melt or bake 15 min
Good with salsa sauce & guacamole
