2, 12 oz packages Frozen broccoli
1 cup Sour Cream
8 oz cream cheese
3 tbs heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
1/4 cup onion chopped
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Garlic salt or powder
Pepper
CAYENNE

So this is a very high in fat and calorie meal, I would suggest eating this as an OMAD or a Keto comfort dish! But hey it’s delicious and hope you give it a try!
