Best Italian Restaurant Manila: Prego Ristorante Italiano City of Dreams. Prego is a casual dining Italian restaurant and bar, specializing in regional Tuscan cuisine located at the upper Ground Level of the City of Dreams Manila. It was opened in 2014 and is a partnership between the L’ Opera Group, Lawrence Ho, the son of Macau gaming tycoon Stanley Ho, Australian businessman James Packer and Belle Corp. They brought in Italian Chef Paulo Nesi to create the menu which includes Antipasti di Terra, Antipasti di Mare, Zuppa, Contorni e Insalate, Riso, Pastas, Secondi di Carne, Secondi di Pesce, and one of the best wood fired oven cooked pizza in Metro Manila.
From their menu we would highly recommend the Crystal Bay Oysters Florentine, Asparagi alla Parmigiana, Ravioli ai Funghi Porcini and their signature Pizza con Burrata e Pachino.
