I made Neapolitan pizza using a poolish dough starter. I used a half version of Vito Iacopelli’s dough. It turned out delicious.
I cooked the pizza on a Halo Versa 16 outdoor pizza oven. This Pizza oven has a Rotating pizza stone that has a radiant heat flame under the stone as it turns as well as a large flame across the back of the oven.
