From PASTA, by Missy Robbins. Dough is egg yolks and 00 flour only, filling is chard, spinach, ricotta, mascarpone, Parmesan, and brown butter. Finished in more brown butter and grated ricotta salata.
Still not sure I understand the difference between tortellini/tortelli/tortelloni but thought they were cute and tasty, whatever their name is!
