These are two great and healthy dishes and 100% vegan you can make easily in your kitchen.

Take a look at the ingredients you need for these two vegan recipes.

Ingredients:

The Tahini Dressing
– 1/4 cup tahini
– 1/4 cup water
– juice of 1/2 lemon
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 pinch of salt
– salad
– tomatoes
– broccoli
– carrots

The Vegan Italian Pasta
– 350g pasta
– 2 zucchini
– 250g mushrooms (champignons)
– 2 spring onions
– 100g cherry tomatoes
– basil leaves
– 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
– olive oil
– salt and pepper
– vegan parmesan cheese

How to cook the vegetables:
– wash and cut the vegetables
– fry the onions with some oil in a pan
– stew the zucchini and mushrooms
(dont`t forget to cook your pasta, too!)
– add the cherry tomatoes
– when it`s cooked add salt, pepper and the basil leaves
– when the pasta is cooked, add some of the cooking water to the vegetables
