Hey friends, who’s hungry? Muffuletta sandwiches are probably one of my favorite things to eat. But I can’t always travel to New Orleans to get one. With these mini versions, I can enjoy muffuletta sandwiches any time I want. Traditional muffulettas are served on seeded Italian bread, but that can be
Pretty hard to find if you don’t live close to New Orleans. Instead, I’m using dinner rolls. Cut the rolls in half lengthwise, then carefully remove the tops and set them aside. Cover the bottom half of the rolls with two layers of salami, two layers of ham,
Two layers of provolone cheese, two layers of Swiss cheese, and two layers of Mortadella. If you can’t find Mortadella, you can use boloney or more ham here. Follow that with another two layers of salami. And now for the finish touch … two cups of olive salad.
Spread the olive salad in an even layer over the sandwich meat. Then cover with the tops of the rolls. And carefully cut each roll into individual sandwiches. For the best flavor, I like to wrap the sandwiches in plastic wrap and let them chill in the refrigerator for several hours.

Looks good but that was the wimpiest first bite I’ve ever seen
Not toasting a muffuletta is a crime and that is enough cheese to build the Eiffel Tower
