What do people do with the scraps after cutting their pasta? I’m assuming everyone has scraps 🤷♀️. Do you pros know how to do it and use all the dough? I just boiled it up, put it in a bowl in fridge, reheated in microwave today, threw some butter, mozzarella and pepper on it. YUM!
