Mashed potatoes INGREDIENTS: 600 grams of potatoes (preferably yellow), 160 grams of milk, 50 grams of butter, nutmeg to taste, fine salt to taste. 600 grams of potatoes in cold water. Boil for about 40 minutes. When the fork enters easily they are cooked.
